Sattva Jewelry is a small, family-run company that is passionate about creating meaningful jewelry with a 'Boho Vibe' to promote balance and well-being, all while looking beautiful.
Check out our store and special offers, and get in touch with questions or requests. Custom orders are welcome! Being a small company, we make our jewelry in limited quantities. We're happy to make any piece that may be out of stock by request.
SHIPPING AND DELIVERY
Sattva ships to Canada and the USA. For International shipping please contact us directly for rates.
We aim to ship items within 2-3 days of receiving your order. Some products may be out of stock and we may require extra time to create the item.
We ship via Canada Post (Xpresspost) with a tracking number provided. Orders over $150 qualify for free shipping.
We personally deliver to Regina and Lumsden for a nominal fee and to Regina Beach for free. Please note that all orders are hand delivered, if you do not have a mailbox let us know in the checkout notes where we can leave the order.
RETURNS
We happily accept returns on our products with the exception of custom orders/ stamped pieces and earrings which are a final sale. Items must be returned unworn in their original packaging with the tags attached within 14 days.
Here at Sattva we are passionate about providing quality jewelry - if any of our products are defective we will gladly replace it within 90 days.
Please 'wear with care' - we understand accidents happen, we'll happily repair your jewelry for a nominal fee. Contact us for more info.
CARING FOR YOUR SATTVA JEWELRY
We use only carefully chosen, quality metals and authentic gemstones to create Sattva Jewelry. To keep your pieces looking beautiful we recommend gently cleaning and polishing with Sunshine Polishing Cloths (what we use) regularly.
Silver - Argentium Sterling is a bit purer than traditional Sterling and less prone to tarnish - both can be cleaned/ polished with a polishing cloth.
14KT Gold Fill - requires little care but to restore its vibrancy, clean with a jewelry polishing cloth.
Gemstones - To get the most from our beautiful gemstones cleanse frequently with clean water and place in the sun or under a full moon to 're-charge'.
